The tools are a snapshot in time of their Leadership Style and provide a basis for discussion and action plan.

The cost of our Leadership Coaching Services is based on the scope of work and the needs discussed and agreed upon with the client. This varies from client to client. Please reach out via our Contact page for a preliminary discussion.
The first half of the invoice is to be paid at the start of the project to allow all assessments and related administrative tasks to be processed. Depending on the size of the project, the rest of the invoices will be sent after the completion of each phase as per the project’s agreement at the start.
Any phase of the project that has been started is fully due for payment and will not be refunded if the client decides to stop or cancel in the middle of the project.
The frequency of coaching sessions can vary. The schedule is usually tailored to the client's needs and goals and would be agreed upon in the scope of work. However, as a general rule, they are often scheduled weekly or bi-weekly at the very start of the project and then quickly moved to a monthly basis.
