Not always, but for the vast majority IKARO Consulting does. The tools we use are robust and reliable and provide a solid foundation to raise self-awareness and identify strengths, blind spots and areas for development for Leaders. The tools are a snapshot in time of their Leadership Style and provide a basis for discussion and action plan.

Can you help if our Business needs more resources to run our own programs internally?

Absolutely. If your business is already rolling out Leadership Programs individually or for groups but you require more resources to deliver those, we are more than happy to support you with one-on-one coaching debrief or group facilitation.

Question 7

Payment and Cancellation?

The first half of the invoice is to be paid at the start of the project to allow all assessments and related administrative tasks to be processed. Depending on the size of the project, the rest of the invoices will be sent after the completion of each phase as per the project’s agreement at the start. 
Any phase of the project that has been started is fully due for payment and will not be refunded if the client decides to stop or cancel in the middle of the project.

How often are Leadership coaching sessions held?

The frequency of coaching sessions can vary. The schedule is usually tailored to the client's needs and goals and would be agreed upon in the scope of work. However, as a general rule, they are often scheduled weekly or bi-weekly at the very start of the project and then quickly moved to a monthly basis.
