Audrey Martin is the Founder of IKARO Consulting, a Sydney Australian-based company that provides Leadership and Mindset Coaching services.

Audrey is a Coaching Consultant with 18 years of experience in the Organisational and Personal Development industry. Through her consulting years, Audrey has worked with a range of clients in various industries specialising in the performance of both teams and individuals.

In addition to her Leadership and Performance Coaching experience, Audrey practices Life Coaching with a holistic approach to Healing, Transformation and Growth using different coaching frameworks, techniques and tools.

She specialises in Mindset and Wellbeing.

Audrey has lived in several countries and travels extensively, always curious to learn from different cultures and their traditions, a big interest of hers. She is also dedicated to Health and Wellbeing, Natural Medicine and Self-Development practices.

IKARO is a Quechua word to describe the medicine songs performed in South American Indigenous ceremonies to induce a profound state of Healing and Awareness.
