We recommend a minimum of 6 sessions but an ideal package to really see results should be between 8 to 12 sessions.

All packages, programs and services agreed on at the start have to be fully paid. Whether you wish to cancel at any point during the Coaching is totally up to you but the remaining of the program, package, service will not be refunded.
