A 12-week self-paced program + 4 private Coaching sessions with a Coach. Who is this For? This program is ideal for people who want to have the tools to overcome their challenges with confidence, build more resilience and get a clear action plan to reach their goals while being kept accountable by a Coach on a regular basis. As a self-paced, virtual program you have absolute freedom as to when and where you complete the program so it's perfect for those lacking time and flexibility. Every 3 weeks, you will meet with the Coach for a one-hour private online session. > Have a comfortable budget > Are time-poor > Have a strong desire for Change but lack the required tool How long will it take? It is designed to be completed in 12 weeks. Each new session will become available as soon as you complete the previous one. How much time you use to complete it is totally up to you but the idea is to spend a minimum of one to two hours during that week to complete the materials and reflect on the questions and exercises. On weeks 3, 6, 9 and 12 you will meet with the Coach for a one-hour private online Coaching session.
